I am totally grateful from my initial text at 8pm on Monday night. (I was in a panic and in desperate need) our A/C went out and tempurters were rising in the house. I certainly wasn’t expecting a text back inquiring on what problem I was having with our A/C unit. I explained what was happening and then he booked me an appointment between 11am -12 pm the next day. He was here before 12 and found out that we had a bad Capacitor. He replaced it and was done in 15 min.
I was so Thankful for the quick response since we were hitting triple digit weather. I am writing this and recommending Mark and his company Ecology Air Innovations. He provides Excellent Customer Service, to those in need of assistance with there heating and air concerns.
We can’t thank Mark enough for coming out and fixing our problem in a timely matter. For us time was of the essance. You went far and beyond our expectations!! There is no other company we will use!! Sheila G.
