I would recommend Ecology Air Innovations to anyone. I had them do repairs on my mother’s AC unit, and 6 family members use Ecology Air Innovations to do the yearly conditioning of their AC units. I also had them put a brand new AC in one of my rental properties. Mark Gilmore has always been very prompt in scheduling a technician to take care of these jobs and I have always recived the most professional customer service from everyone. It is great to have a company that you can trust not only to get the job done but also that will treat you honestly.

My mother coincidentally passed away the same day my mother’s tenants called to say the A/C had stopped working at my mother’s home that we were renting out to them. While in the midst of my mother’s passing, I also didn’t want her tenants to go without A/C, and called Ecology based on a family member recommendation. Mark and team were very professional, and Mark proceeded at my request to replace the unit even though I couldn’t be physically present. He just took care if it! I couldn’t be more pleased with Mark and his team’s level of service especially given my circumstances. I highly recommend Ecolology Air Innovatons.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! They installed a 4.5 ton, 2-zone, 2-stage system and ducting and made our house (finally!) comfortable. Frankly about the best customer service I have had. Mark is disarmingly honest and straightforward, and Jake + crew made it happen with professionalism, expertise and incredible courtesy. They were on time, on budget, and exactly as promised (actually better than promised in our screwy house). A family-type business model where every employee is committed to the final product and customer service. Very competitive pricing.

I wish there was a higher rating to give Mark and his Excellent service. I can’t begin to describe how happy I am with his overall services and prices. I do not have to worry about being bamboozled.

I am totally grateful from my initial text at 8pm on Monday night. (I was in a panic and in desperate need) our A/C went out and tempurters were rising in the house. I certainly wasn’t expecting a text back inquiring on what problem I was having with our A/C unit. I explained what was happening and then he booked me an appointment between 11am -12 pm the next day. He was here before 12 and found out that we had a bad Capacitor. He replaced it and was done in 15 min.

I was so Thankful for the quick response since we were hitting triple digit weather. I am writing this and recommending Mark and his company Ecology Air Innovations. He provides Excellent Customer Service, to those in need of assistance with there heating and air concerns.

We can’t thank Mark enough for coming out and fixing our problem in a timely matter. For us time was of the essance. You went far and beyond our expectations!! There is no other company we will use!!
